Driving Anthems
From 10 am till 5 in the evening yesterday, Yaoguang and I hastened to finish our Creative Process assignment. The deadline was at 6pm and we were still queuing up at the printing shop one hour before the cut-off time. I saw few of my friends yesterday when we were at the computer lab. I wondered if they had completed their work at home.
Then there was a mishap in our page arrangements and the printers could not publish double pages. Time was running out so we ignored the ill-timed mistake and handed in our work anyway.
I can’t believe some of the assignments that was sent in, were the product of students.(Wen Hao from Group 5 showed me some samples) NO really, this isn’t a compliment.I saw some of their finished articles and it looks like most of their pictures were ripped off from the internet.
This is so bogus. (80’s vernacular term for lame…LOL) I mean we worked so hard to get good shots and these people just 'cut and paste'. The agony!! You know what I’m talking about. I’m saying that cheaters always prosper. I’ve seen and experienced this more often that not in my short existence. And you know what else? They’ll probably end up getting A’s too. Sigh~.
At times like these I wish I could live alone up in a mountain far away from civilisation.
So I went home feeling like a chump. On my way home, I decided that this was the perfect opportunity to buy a new CD. So I went to Lot 1’s Sembawang Music store and bought myself ‘Power Ballads’.
I’ve been browsing through the tracks and I like it. Its even managed to restore some of my vibes.
I guess it must've been "The Power Of Love".
